Assemblage of mixed materials: glass jar, rosary, lizard, light bulb, loop of hair and a note written in pencil “Life will be the death of him again” Samuel Beckett. Lid and base of globe coated with lead solder.
Helpful notes: There are two disparate cultural references, the Lizard is an Ill omen associated with death in many cultures, where as the Catholic rosary offers the promise of salvation.
